Premier League
Fixtures
The champions will discover their schedule for the nine-month campaign when the fixtures are released at 9am BST on Wednesday June 18.
The Reds will begin the defence of their trophy across the weekend of Saturday August 16.
The final round of matches is scheduled to take place on Sunday May 24, all kicking off simultaneously.
The season will consist of 33 weekends and five midweek slots.
There will be no games on Christmas Eve and the Premier League says: "The schedule continues to allow more rest time for players over the festive match-round period, with no two rounds taking place within 60 hours of each other. This is in keeping with commitments made to clubs to address the congested Christmas and New Year schedule."
Transfer window
There are two Premier League transfer windows this summer in order to allow an exceptional registration period for the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup.
The first window closed at 7pm on Tuesday June 10. It will officially reopen on Monday June 16 and then close again on Monday September 1 at 7pm.
The winter transfer period runs from January 1 to February 2.
FA Community Shield
By virtue of winning the title in 2024-25, Liverpool earned a spot in the annual curtain-raiser for the footballing season.
They will meet Emirates FA Cup winners Crystal Palace. A date for that occasion is yet to be announced.
Champions League
The draw for the league phase will take place on Thursday August 28.
There, Liverpool – who are confirmed to be in pot one – will discover their eight opponents (four at home, four away) in the section.
The dates for those matches are as follows:
Matchday 1: September 16/17/18
Matchday 2 September 30/October 1
Matchday 3: October 21/22
Matchday 4: November 4/5
Matchday 5: November 25/26
Matchday 6: December 9/10
Matchday 7: January 20/21
Matchday 8: January 28
The two-legged knockout play-offs – for teams that finish ninth to 24th in the league-phase table – are scheduled for February 17/18 and 24/25.
Last-16 ties will take place on March 10/11 and 17/18, the quarter-finals on April 7/8 and 14/15, and semi-finals on April 28/29 and May 5/6.
This season's final is to be staged at Puskas Arena in Budapest on Saturday May 30.
Emirates FA Cup
Arne Slot's men will enter at the third-round stage, with ties scheduled to be played over the weekend of January 10/11.
All rounds will be played on weekends and there are no replays from the first round onwards.
The final will be played at Wembley on Saturday May 16.
Carabao Cup
The Reds' journey in the League Cup will begin in round three, in the week commencing September 22.
Rounds four and five are scheduled for the weeks of October 27 and December 15 respectively, before the two-legged semi-finals in the weeks of January 12 and February 2.
The final has a confirmed date of Sunday March 22.
